Welcome to my space!

This space is home to information about my work and my blog. As a mental health advocate, I believe that starting open conversations about vulnerable topics can make our world a safer and happier place. 

As a society, especially since the pandemic, we've become morally isolated from each other. We hear about tragedies in the news and experience discrimination within our neighbourhoods but have no time to mourn and reconcile. 

We are living through collective trauma and it's time to start acting like it. That's where I step in.
